Lifestyle Series: Mental Health and Fertility

Infertility is one of the greatest stressors a couple and individual may endure.  While treatment provides hope, it also adds emotional, physical and financial demands.  Be reassured, if you are having a hard time coping with infertility, you are not alone.  Research has shown that the psychological stressed experienced during fertility treatment is high and getting some extra support is important.

Fertility treatments give people hope, but it is a tedious journey that can disturb your happiness and peace of mind, especially when you’re in the thick of it all. An important part of the process is how strong is the support system a couple has and in particular the support system the woman has.

Join Dr. Ariadna Cymet Lanski as you learn coping skills and how one can be supportive of your partner during this challenging time.
